All Milash Pattern sewing patterns are digital PDF products. No physical items are shipped.
Because digital files cannot be returned, all purchases are non-refundable.


SIZING
Please review the size chart before purchasing to ensure you select the correct size for your needs.


BEGINNER GUIDANCE
If you’re new to sewing or working with digital patterns, we strongly recommend watching the video tutorial provided on the product page.
If, after watching the tutorial, you still feel unsure about using our digital pattern, we kindly ask that you do not proceed with the purchase.


PDF USE
By purchasing our digital PDF patterns, you confirm that you know how to use PDF files and have the necessary app or program to open and print them.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their device is compatible with PDF files.


DOWNLOAD AVAILABILITY
You will receive instant access to your digital files after the purchase.
Please make sure your device has a stable internet connection to complete the download.


FILE STORAGE
Customers are responsible for saving and safely storing their files.
Milash Pattern cannot guarantee permanent access or re-delivery if the files are deleted or lost on the customer’s device.


PRINTING REQUIREMENTS
Patterns are designed for home printing (A4/Letter) and/or copy shop formats if indicated. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access to a printer or printing service.


PERSONAL USE ONLY
All files are for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing, distributing, or reselling digital files or printed patterns is strictly prohibited.


DIGITAL ITEM DISCLAIMER
Colors, scale on screens, and print results may vary depending on the customer’s device or printer. Milash Pattern is not responsible for discrepancies caused by third-party equipment.
