After a successful payment, the Download Page opens automatically.

If you accidentally closed that page or missed it, you can easily open it again.
Simply find the purchase confirmation email you received from LavaTop after your payment.

In that email, click on the name of the sewing pattern you purchased. It will take you directly to the Download Page, where you'll find:
• 📄 Your PDF Sewing Pattern
• 🧵 Sewing Instructions
• 🎥 Video Tutorial (if included with your pattern)

1. the email address you used for your purchase;
2. the name of the sewing pattern you purchased.

We'll send your files directly to you as soon as possible.

Our customer support team is available every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Bangkok Time, GMT+7).

If you contact us outside these hours, we're probably getting some well-deserved rest. 😊
